- Introduce new interdisciplinary and skill-based programmes in alignment with NEP-2020.
- Promote outcome-based education and continuous curriculum development.
- Integrate digital and blended learning methods across all departments.
- Strengthen student mentoring, tutorial support, and project-based learning.

- Establish a Research and Innovation Cell to promote faculty and student research.

Governance, Quality Assurance, & Institutional Excellence
- Strengthen the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to monitor academic and administrative quality.
- Implement transparent governance with data-driven decision-making processes.
- Pursue higher NAAC accreditation grades through continuous self-assessment.
- Encourage participative management involving faculty, students, and stakeholders.
Community Engagement and Social Responsibility
- Foster strong community relationships through outreach programmes and social initiatives.

- Engage students in extension activities through NSS, NCC, and other social forums.
